Polfelt is a dynamically developing company, producing needle-punched nonwoven fabrics, created as a result of connection of fibres in the process of mechanical needle punched. Our company's offer includes white needle-punched nonwoven fabrics made of polyester, viscose fibres, needle-punched nonwoven fabrics produced from multicolour synthetic garneted stock (hard felt – thermo bonded, soft felt) and smooth needle-punched nonwoven fabrics, calendered on one or both sides. Fabrics we offer are widely used in the furniture, upholstery, automotive, construction, filtration, clothing and gardening trades.
In reply to numerous inquiries of our customers, we have expanded our assortment by components used for production of mattresses and upholstered furniture, such as: pocket springs, coconut mats, latex foams, fluffy nonwoven fabrics, zippers, zipper tapes, and zips.
The next step in the development of our business was starting production of bands. Fully automated production lines allow us to cut straight and diagonally various kinds of fabrics, knitted fabrics and woven fabrics. Our offer includes bands made of polypropylene fabrics of spunbond type (texfil), knitted bands (velour, charmeuse, chiffon), cotton, polyester and many other types of bands.
